After January 1, if you’re a Rogers Xfinity customer, you can use our award-winning voice remote to reset your recordings, simply say: “Record Mythbusters!” and work through the prompts. Learn more.

Question 3

What is on the Citytv+ app and how do I access it?

On January 1, as part of eligible TV packages, customers can access Citytv+ from their favourite device, wherever they download apps (e.g. - The App Store, Google Play) to sign in to Citytv+, and sign in using their MyRogers or MyShaw sign-in credentials.

Starting January 6, 2025, customers will be able to sign in through their Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box.

Citytv+ will be the home of content from Citytv, FX, FXX, OMNI Television, Bravo, HGTV, Food Network, Discovery, Investigation Discovery, Magnolia Network, Cooking Channel, OWN, Discovery Science, Animal Planet, and MotorTrend, all through the app.

What can I watch On Demand?

Available On Demand as of January 1, 2025, are new and select past seasons of popular shows from HGTV, Food Network, Discovery, Investigation Discovery, Magnolia Network, Cooking Channel, OWN, Discovery Science, Animal Planet, and MotorTrend.

Content is available to those on select packages.

On January 1, 2025, customers can also download the Citytv+ app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in using their MyRogers or MyShaw sign in to access content from Citytv, FX, FXX, OMNI Television, Bravo, HGTV, Food Network, Discovery, Investigation Discovery, Magnolia Network, Cooking Channel, OWN, Discovery Science, Animal Planet, and MotorTrend.

Starting January 1, 2025, customers can continue to watch all their favourite US shows on these channels. These changes include new seasons from all the most watched / hit shows that they’re familiar with, plus new series. Examples of programming coming in Winter 2025 are:

HGTV: Celebrity IOU, Home Town, Fixer to Fabulous, My Lottery Dream Home, House Hunters, House Hunters International, Christina on the Coast, Married to Real Estate, Zillow Gone Wild, I Wrecked My House, Repeat seasons of Why The Heck Did I Buy This House?, Rico to the Rescue, and Battle on the Mountain.

Food Network: Chopped, Diners Drive-ins and Dives, Kids Baking Championship, Spring Baking Championship, Guy’s Grocery Games, Beat Bobby Flay.

Discovery: Homestead Rescue, Expedition X, Expedition Files, Moonshiners, Gold Rush, Naked & Afraid, Harpoon Hunters, Filthy Fortunes, Mystery at Blind Frog Ranch, The Last Woodsman — repeat seasons of Caught, Gold Rush, Big Little Brawlers, and Outback Opal Hunters, plus special events such as Shark Week and Puppy Bowl.

Rogers XfinityTV customers with existing Flex Channels:

If you currently have one of the discontinued channels in your Flex 5, Flex 10, or Flex 20+ Sports plan, please select the Popular or Premier TV package and replace it with another channel.

You can exchange Flex Channels once every 30 days by signing into MyRogers and selecting TV for new options.
