Enhancements to Rogers On Demand affect the following digital boxes:

Is my TV service impacted by ongoing enhancements?

There will be no interruption of service to customers accessing On Demand content before, during, or after the launch of enhancements. All current On Demand services will continue as normal.

Am I charged for On Demand enhancements?

There’s no cost for enhancements.

Why am I not getting a PIN prompt to display adult content on the main menu?

On some boxes, the Block: PIN setting must be set to Enable. To make sure it is, press SETTINGS twice on your remote. Then scroll down to Block: PIN. If the current status is set to Disable, press OK/SELECT on your remote, then select Enable.

You’ll be asked to enter a 4-digit PIN, then again for confirmation.

Why is adult content appearing in my search results?

Once you’ve entered your PIN you do not need to enter it again unless you exit On Demand. To hide adult content, press the EXIT button on your remote to leave Rogers On Demand. To re-enter, press the A button.

What’s the difference between a Blocking PIN and Purchase PIN?

A Blocking PIN is used to block and access content after Parental Controls has been turned on in your settings. A Purchase PIN is used to rent movies and TV shows which are billed to your account.

These PINs are 0000 by default and can be set as two distinct numbers.

How do I turn Parental Controls (Blocking) on/off?

To turn on Parental Controls follow these steps:

  1. Press SETTINGS once on your Rogers remote.
  2. Scroll down to Turn ON Parental Control and press OK.
  3. If you’ve changed your Blocking PIN from its default, you’ll be asked to enter it now. Once you do that, the Block options you’ve configured will be enabled.

To turn off Parental Controls follow Steps 1 and 2, but select Turn OFF Parental Control.

How do I change my Blocking PIN?

To change your Blocking PIN, press your remote’s SETTINGS button twice, scroll down to Block:PIN and press OK/SELECT. Then select Change and follow the onscreen instructions.

How do I change my Purchase PIN?

To change your Purchase PIN, press your remote’s SETTINGS button twice, scroll down to Purchase:PIN and press OK/SELECT. Then select Change and follow the onscreen instructions.

What should I do if I can’t recall my Blocking or Purchase PIN?

By default these PINs are set to 0000. If you created a different PIN but can’t remember it, you can reset the PINs for your digital box(es) online or with the MyRogers app by following these steps:

Reset your PINs online:

  1. Sign in to your MyRogers account.
    • If you're experiencing difficulties signing in, you can recover your MyRogers username or password.
    • Don't have a MyRogers account? Register to manage your services.
  2. Under Usage & Services, select TV.
  3. Under the My Digital Box(es) section, select Reset Digital PIN.
  4. Select the Digital box serial number for the box you want to reset.
  5. Select ACCEPT.
  6. Wait for at least 30 minutes both the Purchase and Block PINs to reset to the 0000 default.

Reset your PINs MyRogers app:

  1. Launch the MyRogers app on your device.
  2. Under the Home Services section, tap TV.
  3. Tap Reset My Digital PIN.
  4. Next, you’ll see instructions for how to identify a digital box by its serial number.
    • If you have more than one box, tap the serial number of the one for which you’d like to do a PIN reset.
  5. Tap RESET MY DIGITAL PIN.
  6. Wait for at least 30 minutes both the Purchase and Block PINs to reset to the 0000 default.
