Subscribe to channels and theme packs on Rogers Xfinity TV

Order and subscribe to select channels right from your TV. Just find the channel or On Demand content you want, select Subscribe, and you'll be watching in no time! You can subscribe to a channel or theme pack on rogers.com or through Rogers Xfinity TV with your voice remote.

Subscribe through MyRogers on rogers.com

Subscribe to a channel online with your MyRogers account.  

  1. Sign into your MyRogers account.  

  1. From Usage & Services, select TV from the dropdown. 

  1. Select Manage Channels and Theme Packs. 

  1. From the Channels or Theme Packs tab, select Add beside the channel or theme pack you’d like to subscribe to. A summary of your changes will display. 

  1. Select Confirm Changes to finish your subscriptions.

Subscribe through Rogers Xfinity TV

Subscribe through a channel

  1. Press and hold the blue mic button of your Rogers Xfinity Voice remote and say the name of the channel. You can also find channels through the Guide.

  1. In the subscription window, select Subscribe. If the Subscribe option is greyed out, you can subscribe through rogers.com. 

  1. Review the channel details, including its monthly price then select Subscribe. 

  1. Enter your Purchase PIN if it’s enabled or set one up. Your screen will turn black for a few seconds. If it’s black for more than 10 seconds, exit and go back to the show. You’ll now be able to see the single channel or all channels in a theme pack you’ve subscribed to.

Subscribe to a show On Demand

  1. Press and hold the blue mic button and say the name of a show you want to watch. You can also find channels through the Guide. 
  1. Select Episodes. 

  1. Scroll to the show’s available seasons and episodes by selecting Available. 

  1. Choose any episode and select Subscribe. 

  1. Review the channel details, including its monthly price then select, Subscribe. 

  1. Enter your Purchase PIN if it’s enabled or set one up. Your screen will turn black for a few seconds. If it’s black for more than 10 seconds, exit and go back to the show. You’ll now be able to see the single channel or all channels in a theme pack you’ve subscribed to. 

Subscribe through My Shaw

If you’re a Rogers Together With Shaw customer, you can order channels through your My Shaw account online or via the mobile app. You can also fill out an online order form on shaw.ca. 

Subscribe on the My Shaw website

Order channels through your My Shaw account through the My Shaw website. 

  1. Sign into your My Shaw account. 

  1. Select My Services and go to Channel Add-ons. 

  1. Select Subscribe to order the channel. 

  1. A confirmation prompt will display the channel description, price, and 30-day minimum subscription period. 

  1. Select Subscribe again to confirm and order the channel. 

  1. The channel has now been subscribed to and will appear on their TV screen within 10 minutes.

Subscribe on the MyShaw app 

You can also order channels through the MyShaw mobile app.  

 

  1. Sign into your My Shaw app.

  2. Scroll down to Channel Add-ons.

  3. Select the channel to subscribe.

  4. Select Subscribe.

  5. A confirmation prompt will display the channel description, price, and 30-day minimum subscription period.

  6. SelectSubscribe again to confirm and order the channel.

  7. The channel has now been subscribed to and will appear on their TV screen within 10 minutes.

Subscribe with an online order form

You can order individual Pick and Pay channels by filling out an online order form via shaw.ca.  

  1. To know the price of a channel and select Download channel pricing. 

  1. To order an individual channel and select Add channels. 

  1. Fill out the Order form and list the channels you want under Additional information. 

  1. Confirm your order summary and select Submit order.  

  1. A representative will contact you to confirm your order.
