Try this:
- Open the Amazon Prime Video app on Rogers Xfinity TV.
- Select Settings.
- Select Deregister your device, then confirm. You’ll be taken back to the Amazon Prime Video main menu.
- Re-open the Amazon Prime Video
- Select Sign In.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to register your TV.
I’m trying to register my TV to my Amazon Prime Video account, but I can’t find the 6-character registration code.
Here’s how you can locate the 6-character code and continue with your registration.
- Open the Amazon Prime Video app on Rogers Xfinity TV.
- Select Signin and start watching.
If you’re in Browsing mode, select Sign In from the top navigation. - In the next screen, you will be provided with a 6-character registration code.
- Enter the code at primevideo.com/mytv.

Try a different audio mode:
- Press the Rogers button on your Voice Remote to open the main menu.
- Select Settings (the gear icon).
- Select Device Settings.
- Select Audio.
- Change to one of the unselected mode options.
- Return to your show or movie and check that the sound is back on.

- From the Settings menu, select Device Settings.
- Select Audio
- Select HDMI Audio Output.
- Select your correct option. Return to your show or movie and check that the sound is back on.
