International Services are defined as calls that terminate in any of the following four types of numbers: a) Premium services (lotto, horoscope and adult chat); b) International pages services; c) International Audio to text messaging services; or d) Non-geographic numbers. In some instances, name/number may not be blocked (e.g. when placing a collect call or calling 800 or 900 number, when calling a person served by a company that does not adhere to the privacy regulations set out by the CRTC in Canada or FCC in the U.S., when calling Rogers customer service, when the recipient has an application that enables them to unblock, when leaving a message for a Rogers voicemail subscriber).
