Existing Rogers Home Phone customers who subscribe to an Ignite Bundle must switch to the Ignite Home Phone service (activation optional) and their existing home phone service will no longer be available. Certain features not available with Ignite Home Phone service, including TV call display, distinctive ring, auto connect, foreign exchanges and multiple lines. Ignite Home Phone operates with the Ignite WiFi Gateway modem, and there is no battery back-up. In the event of a power or network outage/disconnection, Ignite Home Phone service will not be available, and you will not be able to make any calls, including Emergency 9-1-1 calls, with this service.

International Plus Long Distance add-on includes 930 International minutes for both landline and mobile phones to UK, Italy, China, Poland, Portugal, Germany, India, Australia, Ireland, Pakistan. Intended for direct dialed conversations or voice messages. Calls to mobile/cellular numbers and International Services numbers are not included in the monthly flat fee and will be charged on a per minute usage basis. International Services are defined as calls that terminate in any of the following four types of numbers: a) Premium services (lotto, horoscope and adult chat); b) International pages services; c) International Audio to text messaging services; or d) Non-geographic numbers. Chat lines, data, fax and/or long distance calls made using call forwarding and three-way calling features are prohibited. Other restrictions apply. Please see Rogers Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy (available at rogers.com/terms) for further details. Home Phone service is available in serviceable areas only. Other restrictions may apply.
In some instances, name/number may not be blocked (e.g. when placing a collect call or calling 800 or 900 number, when calling a person served by a company that does not adhere to the privacy regulations set out by the CRTC in Canada or FCC in the U.S., when calling Rogers customer service, when the recipient has an application that enables them to unblock, when leaving a message for a Rogers voicemail subscriber).
