What is Rogers 5G Business Internet and who can get it?

Rogers 5G Business Internet delivers internet service over the Rogers mobile network. The same 5G network that connects mobile phones delivers this Internet service. The Rogers Wireless Business Internet device then converts the wireless signal into a WiFi signal that is accessible by the devices in your business. Because Rogers 5G Business Internet is specifically designed for ongoing usage, you can only use it at your service address.

How can I set up Rogers 5G Business Internet?

For an easy setup, refer to the Nokia Quick Start Guide included with the Rogers Wireless Business Internet device. Setup is as easy as turning on your Rogers 5G Business Internet device and inserting the SIM card. The Rogers 5G Business Internet device will then automatically connect to the mobile network. Next, place the device at a good location to make sure you get the best service available. You can then connect your laptop, tablet, or other device to the 5G Business Internet device via WiFi using the WiFi name and password located on the sticker underneath the device. You can also connect your devices via Ethernet cables using the two LAN ports located at the back of the device.

Rogers 5G network

Rogers 5G Business Internet service available within Rogers’ 5G coverage area and will be delivered over the 4G LTE network where there is no 5G coverage (see rogers.com/coverage to check availability). Service can only be used at your fixed service address and is not available within Extended Coverage areas.

Internet speed

Actual speeds experienced will vary based on various factors, including placement of the Rogers 5G Business Internet device within your business, network coverage, signal strength, business construction materials, customer’s connected device(s), topography, environmental conditions and internet traffic and network management practices (see rogers.com/terms for Rogers Network Management Policy).

Plans include a high-speed data bucket. Once exceeded, speeds will be reduced until the end of your billing cycle. Online activities will continue to function at reduced speeds; however, the quality of higher bandwidth activities such as streaming will likely be reduced, especially when multiple users are connected to the network. Rental fees

The 5G Business Internet monthly service fee includes rental of the Business internet device. If your service is cancelled, you must return the device within 30 days. Failure to do so will result in a $200 fee (plus applicable taxes).

Advantage Mobility offer

Offer available to new customers activating a Rogers 5G Business Internet plan and a Rogers Business Infinite plan with 200 GB of data (an Advantage Mobility bundle). Subject to change without notice. Pricing not available if internet and wireless services purchased separately.
