Follow the steps below to learn how to access and use apps on Rogers Xfinity TV or Rogers Xfinity Streaming.
Accessing and navigating apps

By voice: The fastest way to launch an app is by using your voice. Press the mic button on your remote and say the app name to launch it. If an app supports search integration, you can voice search for content from that app to launch it.

From the menu: For Rogers Xfinity TV, press the Shaw button and select Apps from the menu. For Rogers Xfinity Streaming, apps can be found on the home screen.

Recent apps: For Rogers Xfinity TV, press the Shaw button on your remote and scroll down to Recent Networks. For Rogers Xfinity Streaming, recent apps can be found on the home screen.

App navigation: Use your remote to navigate or exit apps. Buttons like arrow keys, OK, back/last and exit work with all apps.

Parental Controls: Use Application Locks on Rogers Xfinity TV or Rogers Xfinity Streaming to control access to certain apps. Some apps also have their own Parental Controls in the app settings.
App profiles and subscriptions

User profiles: Many apps have the option, or requirement, to create a user profile for access to additional content and features. Follow the steps on-screen in the app to create a profile.

Paid subscriptions: Some apps require a paid subscription to access content, such as Netflix or Disney+. Follow the steps on-screen in the app to subscribe.

Ad-supported apps: Apps that don't require a subscription may include ads, such as YouTube or Tubi.
Avec une commande vocale :
- Appuyez sur le bouton Mic de votre télécommande vocale Rogers Xfinity et maintenez-le enfoncé.
