I’m on a limited home internet plan with a data usage cap. How do I check my internet usage to make sure I don’t go over my data limit?

The temporary lift on data usage caps (March 13th until June 30, 2020) has concluded and you can now visit rogers.com/myrogers or use the MyRogers app to check your internet usage at anytime. You can also find tips on usage notification alerts and managing internet usage by consulting this article.

I’m a Connected for Success or Connected Families customer. Will I be charged overage fees for my internet usage?

There are no overage fees on our Connected for Success and Connected Families internet plans.

Will I still have access to free channel previews?

What will Sportsnet be airing on its channels during the COVID-19 public health situation? 

Sportsnet continues to have great sports content during this time. Here are some of the things fans can look forward to:

  • NHL: NHL Rewind and NHL Classics offer a look back at notable NHL games in the past 40 years. From Gretzky to McDavid, Sportsnet has Canada’s hockey fix covered throughout the week.
  • NBA: Raptors Rewinds and NBA Rewinds offer fans an opportunity to relive the magic of the Raptors’ Championship run and watch NBA legends in action.
  • MLB: Blue Jays Rewinds take fans for a walk down memory lane with the best of Canada’s Team, including games from the ’92 and ’93 World Series teams and ’15 and ’16 dream team season.
  • Live Soccer: Sportsnet & Sportsnet World serve up live soccer action from Bundesliga and FA Cup throughout the week. Fans can also stream the live action on Sportsnet NOW.
  • Tennis: Viewers can revisit some of Canada’s smashing tennis moments with weekly installments of Rogers Cup Rewind and Davis Cup Rewind, exclusively on Sportsnet ONE.

Rogers Xfinity Voice

What options do I have for long distance calling with Rogers Xfinity Voice?

Rogers Xfinity Voice service includes Canadian long-distance calling so you can stay connected to family and friends across the country.

For older Rogers Xfinity Voice packages, a temporary waive for Canadian long-distance voice calling charges was automatically applied from March 16th until June 30, 2020.

To add long distance calling, both old and new packages are compatible with the International Plus long distance add-on with Unlimited calling within Canada and the U.S., plus international minutes for our top 10 overseas destinations. To learn more, click here.

The health and safety of our customers and team members continues to be our top priority. Our stores remain open to serve you for essential services, with enhanced safety measures in place. Here is what you can expect at our stores:

  • Increased cleaning of common areas
  • Frequent, thorough handwashing
  • Frequent wiping of all surfaces
  • Practising physical distancing – limited number of customers allowed in-store at a time
  • Temporarily cashless – only credit and debit cards accepted
