Manage Scenes for Smart Home Monitoring

1. Sign in to the mobile app using your MyRogers credentials.
2. Press Automation on the bottom of the screen.
3. Press ‘+’ at the top right of the screen.
4. Press Scenes.
5. Select Create Custom or use one of the default Scenes (Good Morning, Leaving, Returning Home, and Good Night) by clicking on that Scene and then following the steps outlined in the “How to Modify a Scene” section.

1. Click on Add Device.
2. Select the device(s) you would like to add to the Scene.
3. Press Next
4. Select the action you would like the chosen device(s) to perform. Note: the only action a Door Lock can perform is “Lock.”
5. Press Save.
6. Repeat above steps to add additional devices and actions to the Scene.

1. Press My Scene.
2. Press on Scene name and enter your desired name for the created scene.
3. Select and press on your preferred Scene icon.
4. Press Save.

1. Ensure Add to Overview is checked in checkbox on the Edit Automation screen.
2. Press Save.

Note: The purpose of a Scene is to initiate multiple actions via a simple press of the button. To create an automation that is either time or event/non-event triggered, please refer to How to Create a Rule

2. Press Automation on bottom of screen.
3. In the My Scenes section of the screen, locate the Scene you want to modify.
4. Press on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the Scene box you want to modify; the Edit Automation screen will appear.

1. Select the device that you want to modify or, tap Add Device to add another device to the Scene.
2. Modify/Select the action(s) you would like the device(s) to perform and press Save to save the individual modification; the Edit Automation screen will appear. Note: the only action a Door Lock can perform is “Lock.”
3. Press Save on the Edit Automation screen to save all changes to the Scene.

1. Select the Scene Icon.
2. Press on Scene name to change the name for the Scene.
3. Select and press on a new Scene icon to change the icon for the Scene.
4. Press Save to save the individual modification, and the Edit Automation screen will appear.
5. Press Save on the Edit Automation screen to save all changes to the Scene.

1. Sign in to the mobile app using your MyRogers credentials.
2. Press Automation on bottom of screen.
3. Press on the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner of the Scene box you want to delete; the Edit Automation screen will appear.
4. On the Edit Automation screen, scroll down to the bottom of the list and select Delete from my scenes.
