It’s not allowing me to register my TV with Amazon Prime Video through Rogers Streaming.

Try this:

  1. Open the Amazon Prime Video app on Rogers Streaming.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Deregister your device, then confirm. You’ll be taken back to the Amazon Prime Video main menu.
  4. Re-open the Amazon Prime Video app on Rogers Streaming.
  5. Select Sign in.
  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to register your TV.

gHere’s how to find the 6-character registration code and complete the TV registration process:

  1. Open the Amazon Prime Video app on Rogers Streaming.

  3. In the next screen, you’ll be provided with a 6-character registration code.
  4. On a web browser, visit primevideo.com/mytv and enter the code.

There’s no sound when I watch Amazon Prime Video on Rogers Streaming

First, try a different audio mode:

  1. Press the Rogers button on your Rogers Voice Remote to open the Rogers Streaming main menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Device Settings.
  4. Select Audio.
  5. Change to one of the unselected mode options.
  6. Return to your show or movie and check that the sound is back on.

If this doesn’t work, try changing your sound and HDMI settings:

  1. From the Streaming Settings menu, select Device Settings.
  2. Select Audio.
  3. Select HDMI Audio Output.
  4. Select your correct option. Return to your show or movie and check that the sound is back on

I can’t access the Prime Video app.
