It’s not allowing me to register my TV with Amazon Prime Video through Rogers Streaming.
Try this:
- Open the Amazon Prime Video app on Rogers Streaming.
- Select Settings.
- Select Deregister your device, then confirm. You’ll be taken back to the Amazon Prime Video main menu.
- Re-open the Amazon Prime Video app on Rogers Streaming.
- Select Sign in.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to register your TV.
I’m trying to register my TV with my Amazon Prime Video account, but I haven’t received the 6-character registration code.
gHere’s how to find the 6-character registration code and complete the TV registration process:
- Open the Amazon Prime Video app on Rogers Streaming.
- Select Sign in and start watching.
- If you’re in Browsing mode, select Sign in from the top navigation.
- In the next screen, you’ll be provided with a 6-character registration code.
- On a web browser, visit primevideo.com/mytv and enter the code.
There’s no sound when I watch Amazon Prime Video on Rogers Streaming
First, try a different audio mode:
- Press the Rogers button on your Rogers Voice Remote to open the Rogers Streaming main menu.
- Select Settings.
- Select Device Settings.
- Select Audio.
- Change to one of the unselected mode options.
- Return to your show or movie and check that the sound is back on.
I can’t access the Prime Video app.
This is likely due to a connection issue. Try restarting your Rogers Xfinity Gateway and your TV.
