If you qualify, you’ll see a banner to activate your included Disney+ Standard with Ads subscription when you sign in to MyRogers and navigate to your TV dashboard.
You can activate using that banner or the link in the email you’ve received.
If you’re a current Disney+ monthly subscriber, you’ll need to cancel your existing Disney+ subscription and wait for your billing cycle to complete before you can activate your included Standard with Ads subscription. Or you can create a second Disney+ account with a different email.
If you’re a current Disney+ annual subscriber, we recommend that you wait until close to your expiry date before activating the Disney+ Standard with Ads subscription included in your Ignite TV package.
If you cancel your Ignite TV plan or switch to a plan that doesn’t include Disney+, your included Disney+ Standard with Ads subscription will end without notice. You can subscribe directly with Disney+ if you wish to get access without an eligible Ignite TV plan.
Each Disney+ subscription can have up to 7 individual profiles and can be shared between family members across multiple devices. Visit Disney+ support for more details about setting up and managing profiles.
On a Standard with Ads subscription, you can use 2 devices at once to stream content from Disney+, including your Ignite EntertainmentTM box, smartphones and tablets, desktop browsers, game consoles, and smart TVs. Other plans offer streaming on up to 4 devices at once. Visit Disney+ support for more details about which devices and platforms Disney+ supports and to check out what’s included at each Disney+ subscription level.
